基于粗糙集理论的网络信息安全风险等级分类方法

Classification method of network information security risk level based on rough set theory

针对大数据背景下网络信息安全威胁呈现的多元化、复杂化、频发高发的趋势,提出一种新的网络信息安全风险等级分类方法。该方法考虑到了现实应用中数据的不完备性以及各系统之间的不平等性,在引入粗糙集合容差关系的同时,基于成对比较矩阵,定义了一种新的系统权重的确定办法,给出一种多源不完备信息系统下的加权多粒度粗糙决策分析模型。应用实例表明,该模型可以提高网络信息安全风险等级的分类速度与精度,为实现网络信息安全快速预警提供了新的实践方法和理论基础。

In view of the trend of diversification,complexity and frequent occurrence of network information security threats under the background of big data,a new network information security risk classification method is proposed.Considering the incompleteness of data in practical applications and the inequality between systems,a new method for determining system weights is defined based on the pairwise comparison matrix while introducing the rough set tolerance relationship.A weighted multigranularity rough decision analysis model under multi-source incomplete information system is presented.The application example shows that the model can effectively improve the classification speed and accuracy of network information security risk level,and provide a new practical method and theoretical basis for realizing rapid early warning of network information security.
