摘要
针对5种不同生境下提出采用同一剂量的茚虫威饵剂处理红火蚁区域,进一步分析茚虫威饵剂对红火蚁活蚁巢和工蚁减退率的具体防治效果。共设置4种生境,具体包括农田、道路绿化带、深草地、荒草地,同时设置空白对照,同时施加0.1%茚虫威饵剂处理所有区域,在药后5、10、15、20、25 d分别调查蚁巢数量和红火蚁工蚁数量,分析蚁巢和工蚁的防治效果。通过研究表明,生境植被相对茂盛时茚虫威饵剂对红火蚁防治效果较差,防治效果从高到低依次为道路绿化带、农田、深草地、荒草地。施加0.1%茚虫威杀蚁饵剂进行区域处理之后可以发现,在药后5 d工蚁的防治效果依次为道路绿化带、农田、深草地、荒草地,而蚁巢减退率依次为道路绿化带、农田、深草地、荒草地。随施药时间延迟,在25 d后蚁巢和工蚁减退率达到最高值,其工蚁和蚁巢的减退率依次为道路绿化带、深草地、农田、荒草地,其中道路绿化带中的工蚁减退率最高为93.57%,蚁巢的减退率为94.17%。通过该项试验研究表明,生境植被会在一定程度上影响毒饵剂对于红火蚁的防效。
In this study,the same dose of indoxacarb bait was proposed to treat RIFA in five different habitats,and the reduction rate and specific control effect of indoxacarb on live ant nests and worker ants were further analyzed.A total of 4 habitats were set up in this study,including farmland,road green belt,deep grassland,and barren grassland.At the same time,a blank control was set up,and 0.1%indoxacarb bait was applied to all areas for treatment,5 days and 10 days after the treatment,15 days,20 days,and 25 days,respectively,to investigate the number of ant nests and the number of RIFA workers,and analyze the control effects of ant nests and workers.The research shows that indoxacarb baits have lower effect on the control of RIFA when the habitat vegetation is relatively lush,and the order from high to low was road green belt,farmland,deep grassland,and barren grassland.After applying 0.1%indoxacarb ant bait for regional treatment,it can be found that the control effect of worker ants 5 days after the treatment was road green belt,farmland,deep grassland,and barren grassland,and the ant nest decline rate was the road green belt.,farmland,and for deep meadows,barren meadows.With the delay of application time,the decline rate of ant nests and worker ants reached the highest value after 25 days.The decline rates of workers and ant nests were in the order of road green belt,deep grassland,farmland,and barren grassland.Among them,the decline rate of worker ants in the road green belt The highest was 93.57%,and the decline rate of ant nest was 94.17%.This experimental study shows that the habitat vegetation will affect the control effect of poison baits on RIFA to a certain extent.
