2008-2018年广东雷电灾害中人员伤亡特点分析

Analysis of Casualties in Lightning Disasters in Guangdong from 2008 to 2018

在收集与整理2008—2018年广东省气象局雷灾资料的基础上进行分析,得出广东省人员伤亡的雷灾特点。在这11年中,平均每年遭雷击死亡近17人,总死亡人数占气象灾害总死亡人数的37.5%。从广东省地闪密度空间分布的特征出发,分析了雷电灾害易损性与风险区划、1995—2009年广东省雷电灾害时空特征等方面。因此,利用2008—2018年广东省雷电灾害资料,针对雷电灾害伤亡人员的时空分布特征和人员伤亡的雷灾特点等进行相关性分析,希望可以提供相应的雷电防御对策,为广东新农村建设服务。

On the basis of collecting and sorting out the lightning disaster data of Guangdong Meteorological Bureau from 2008to 2018, the lightning disaster characteristics of casualties in Guangdong province were analyzed. During the 11 years of statistics in this study, nearly 17 people were killed by lightning every year on average, and the total death toll accounted for 37.5%of the total death toll from meteorological disasters. Based on the spatial distribution characteristics of ground lightning density in Guangdong Province, the vulnerability and risk zoning of lightning disasters and the spatial and temporal characteristics of lightning disasters in Guangdong province from 1995 to 2009 were analyzed. Therefore,based on the data of lightning disasters in Guangdong province from 2008 to 2018,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of lightning casualties and lightning disaster characteristics of casualties,hoping to provide corresponding lightning defense countermeasures and serve for the construction of new rural areas in Guangdong province.
