Climate Characteristics and Its Impact Assessment of Jiyang District in 2021

利用2021年济阳区国家气象观测站观测资料,分析2021年济阳区气候特点,并对气候影响进行评价,结果表明:2021年平均气温为14.4℃,较常年偏高1.1℃;年降水量为1 058.4mm,较常年偏多413.5 mm;气温、降水突破济阳区1962年建站以来的历史最高值。日照时数为2 264.4 h,较常年同期偏少25.6 h。年内出现的主要气象灾害有暴雨、大风、冰雹、寒潮、暴雪等,对农业、交通和生活造成一定影响。年初气温变幅大,春季沙尘天气;夏季暴雨、风雹等极端天气;初秋暴雨、连阴雨并发,出现罕见秋汛;年末暴雪天气,部分镇街受灾。综合评定2021年济阳区气候属中等偏差年景。

Based on the observation data of the National Meteorological Observatory in Jiyang District in 2021, the climate characteristics of Jiyang District in 2021are analyzed, and the climate impact was evaluated. The results show that the average temperature in 2021 was 14.4℃, which is 1.1℃ higher than that of the whole year;The annual precipitation was 1 058.4 mm, 413.5mm more than the annual precipitation,;The temperature and precipitation in Jiyang district have exceeded the historical maximum since the establishment of the station in 1962.The sunshine duration was 2 264.4 h, 25.6 h less than that in the same period of the year.The main meteorological disasters during the year include rainstorm, gale, hail, cold wave,Blizzard, etc., which has a certain impact on agriculture, transportation and life. The temperature changes greatly at the beginning of the year, and the dust weather in spring;Extreme weather such as rainstorm, wind and hail in summer;Early autumn rainstorm,Continuous overcast rain and rare autumn flood;Some towns and streets were affected by the blizzard at the end of the year. According to comprehensive evaluation, the climate of Jiyang District in 2021 belongs to a moderate deviation year.
