浅谈青海等高海拔地区的防雷电工作

高海拔地区,遭遇雷电袭击的事故经常发生,给人民生命财产安全带来了极大的威胁。从雷电产生的原因和雷电放电方式出发,介绍了个人防雷基本知识、雷电事故急救措施,并提出了大力开展雷电灾害防护宣传科普;加强雷电灾害防护基础设施建设,完善防雷技术规范和标准;加强天气监测,建立完善的“叫应”制度;充分利用网络技术,积极创新防雷领域等雷电灾害防护措施,以提高人们对雷电的认识。

In high altitude area, lightning strikes frequently, which brings great threat to people’s life and property safety. Starting from the causes of lightning and lightning discharge mode, the basic knowledge of personal lightning protection and first aid measures of lightning accident were introduced, and the publicity and popularization of lightning disaster protection were put forward.Strengthen lightning disaster protection infrastructure construction, improve lightning protection technical specifications and standards;Strengthen weather monitoring and establish a sound“response”system;Make full use of network technology, actively innovate lightning disaster protection measures such as lightning protection field,in order to improve people’s understanding of lightning.
