表后管道气密性测试连接件的创新研究

Innovation and Research of the Connection Piece for Gas Tightness Test of Pipes behind the Meter

结合居民用户大量燃气安检以及检修实例,对于现有燃气从业人员对居民用户表后管道检查进行分析,发现部分居民家中因橱柜设计、安装等因素影响,无法通过燃气灶前阀对表后管道进行U形压力计气密性测试。通过对于现有工具以及配件的结合,创新研发了一种对表后管道进行气密性测试的实用新型工具,解决了受橱柜设计、安装等因素影响无法进行表后管道气密性测试的问题。

With reference to the practice of a large number of residential gas appliance safety and maintenance,the existing gas practitioners analyze the inspection of pipes behind the gas meter.It is found that in some residential households due to the influence of cabinet design and installation factors,the U-shaped pressure gauge for air tightness test of pipes cannot be carried out through gas stove front valve.In this paper,a new and practical tool for air tightness test of pipes behind the gas meter is innovatively developed through the combination of the existing tools and accessories,and related problems are solved.
