摘要
以华南某加氢站为例,介绍定量风险分析(QRA)所需的基本模型和设计条件。采用Phast数值软件对加氢站的防护距离进行模拟,包括氢泄漏扩散范围、初始事故热辐射、多米诺效应引发的叠加风险等过程,最后基于标准风险概率确定加氢站的安全防护距离,验证了QRA法可有效作为加氢站选址和设计的辅助决策。QRA的结果还可反馈至加氢站的设计人员,以采取相应的安全对策。
Taking a hydrogen refueling station in south China as an example,this paper introduces the basic model and design conditions required by Quantitative Risk Analysis(QRA),simulates the safety distance of the hydrogen refueling station by Phast,including hydrogen leakage diffusion,initial risk of thermal radiation,overlay risk by domino effect,and get the safety distance results.It is verified that QRA method can be effectively used as an auxiliary decision for site selection and design of hydrogen refueling station.The results of QRA can also be fed back to the designers to take corresponding safety measures.
