铝制散热翅片低温钎焊技术研究

摘要 为降低热管与散热翅片之间的连接热阻,利用Sn63/Pb37焊膏,将材料为3003的散热翅片与材料为5A06的底板,采用低温钎焊方式进行焊接。通过对焊接试块进行拉力剪切试验、焊缝X射线检测,试验结果表明,焊缝与镀层实现了紧密结合,焊膏填充饱满,焊缝剪切强度平均达到20.3 MPa,可以满足翅片与底板的焊接强度要求。 In order to reduce the connection thermal resistance between the heat pipe and the radiating fin, the radiating fin made of 3003 and the base plate made of 5A06 are welded by low-temperature brazing with Sn63/Pb37 soldering paste.Through the tensile shear test and X-ray detection of the welding block, the results show that the weld and the coating are closely combined, the soldering paste is fully filled, and the average shear strength of the weld is 20.3 MPa, which can meet the welding strength requirements of the fin and the bottom plate.
