摘要
重载齿轮齿条模数大,设计缺乏成熟的计算软件。文中从开式齿轮的断齿和磨损两大失效形式的角度,提出了齿轮齿条特殊齿形设计及齿轮齿条齿根应力的快捷计算方法,并将齿根应力快捷计算结果与有限元计算结果进行了对比,进一步证实了设计方法的可行性。
The module of heavy-duty gear rack is large, and the design is lack of mature calculation software. From the perspective of two failure forms of broken teeth and wear of open gear, this paper puts forward the special tooth shape design of gear rack and the fast calculation method of gear rack tooth root stress, and compares the fast calculation result of tooth root stress with the finite element calculation result.
