摘要
为了解决发动机平衡轴成品清洁度超差的问题,通过EDX对清洁度报告中3种类型的金属颗粒成分进行检测和分析,找到了颗粒来源。从影响清洁度的因素出发,对生产过程中可以优化的各个环节进行了控制和管理,为其他发动机工厂的清洁度问题提供了有效的参考。
In order to solve the problem of out-of-tolerance cleanliness of the finished product of the engine balance shaft,three types of metal particle components in the cleanliness report are detected and analyzed by EDX, and the source of the particles is found. Starting from the factors that affect the cleanliness, each link that can be optimized in the production process is controlled and managed, which provides an effective reference for the cleanliness issues of other engine factories.
