热敏灸配合穴位贴敷治疗小儿脾胃气虚型厌食的临床效果

Clinical effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupoint application in the treatment of anorexia of Spleen and Stomach Qi Deficiency type in children

目的观察热敏灸配合穴位贴敷治疗小儿脾胃气虚型厌食的临床效果。方法选取2019年8月至2021年1月威海市中医院儿科门诊及住院治疗的60例脾胃气虚型厌食患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(30例)与对照组(30例)。治疗组采用热敏灸配合穴位贴敷治疗,对照组则单纯采用穴位贴敷治疗。两组均治疗4周,比较两组的治疗效果、中医主症和次症的改善情况,记录两组治疗前后的中医证候总积分、血红蛋白及锌水平。结果治疗结束后,治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组主症中的食欲欠佳、食量减少治疗有效率高于对照组,次症中的面色少华、大便不调、神疲乏力、汗出治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组的血红蛋白、锌水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸配合穴位贴敷能显著改善小儿脾胃气虚型厌食的症状、体征,增进食欲,提高免疫,临床疗效确切,有广泛的应用前景。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with Acupoint application in the treatment of anorexia of Spleen and Stomach Qi Deficiency in children.Methods A total of 60 cases Children with anorexia of Spleen and Stomach Qi Deficiency type treated in the Pediatric Clinic and Inpatient of Weihai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The treatment group was treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupoint application,while the control group was treated with acupoint application.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The therapeutic effects,the improvement of main and secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine of the two groups were compared,and the total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,the levels of hemoglobin and Zinc before and after treatment were recorded.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of of poor appetite and reduced appetite in the main symptoms of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group,and,the effective rate of the treatment of sallow complexion,irregular stool,mental fatigue and sweating among the secondary symptoms of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of hemoglobin and Zinc in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupoint application can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of anorexia of spleen stomach qi deficiency type in children,enhance appetite and immunity.It has definite clinical curative effect and has a wide application prospect.
