三级医院临床药师岗位胜任力探析 被引量:9

摘要 临床药学是医院药学的重点发展方向,临床药师的水平可以直接影响到医院合理用药水平。胜任力作为综合能力评估的重要指标,应用于临床药师工作的评价中,不仅可以提高临床药物治疗的有效性和安全性,有助于临床药师管理更加规范,还可以促进临床药师职业发展。本文参考《美国临床药学协会临床药师胜任力标准》、中国药师协会《药师药学服务胜任力评价标准(试行)》(国药协发〔2017〕5号)等资料及其他相关文献,归纳和总结临床药师岗位胜任力核心要素,构建适宜的临床药师胜任力评价指标体系。根据构建的指标体系,卫生主管部门可以针对性地制订临床药师规范化培训和培养计划,提升临床药师人才的专业水平,让临床药师真正胜任临床合理用药的要求。医院可以将其应用到临床药师年度考评中,确保临床药师考核结果的量化与公平,临床药师可以根据标准有针对性地提升自身水平,促进临床药学服务的标准化和规范化。 Clinical pharmacy is the key development direction of pharmacy in the hospital,and the professional standards of clinical pharmacists will influence the level of rational drug use in hospitals.As an important factor of comprehensive ability evaluation,competency should be applied for the evaluation of clinical pharmacists′work,which will improve the effectiveness and safety of clinical drug treatment,as well as help to standardize the management of clinical pharmacists and promote the career development of clinical pharmacists.This article refers to the Standards of Competency for Clinical Pharmacists by American Society of Clinical Pharmacy and Evaluation Standards of Pharmaceutical Care Competency forPharmacists(Trial)by Chinese Pharmacists Association(Sinopac No.5,2017)and other documents and references to summarize the core elements of thepost competency for clinical pharmacist,and to establish a suitable evaluation standards for clinical pharmacist.According to the established standards,the health authority can makestandardized training plans for clinical pharmacists,which can improve the professional level of clinical pharmacists,and make clinical pharmacists truly qualified for the requirements of clinical rational drug use.The annual evaluation of clinical pharmacists by the hospital can be referred to this standard to ensure the quantizable and fairness of the evaluation results.Clinical pharmacists can also improve their own professional level according to the standards,which will further promote the standardization of services provided by clinical pharmacy.
