摘要
目的研究精细化管理在医院管理中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院2019年3月至12月100例住院患者的临床资料作为对照组,2020年1月至6月100例住院患者的临床资料作为观察组,对照组患者实施常规管理,观察组患者实施精细化管理,比较两组患者的医疗服务总满意度、不良事件总发生率、工作失误情况。结果观察组的医疗服务总满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件总发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的10.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的管理问题、失误、操作不当评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将精细化管理措施应用在医院管理方面,取得显著效果,可明显提高医疗服务满意度。
Objective To study the application value of fine management in hospital management.Methods The clinical data of 100 hospitalized patients in Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from March to December 2019 were retrospectively selected as the control group,and the clinical data of 100 hospitalized patients from January to June 2020 were selected as the observation group.Patients in the control group received routine management,while patients in the observation group received fine management.The total satisfaction of medical services,the total incidence of adverse events and work errors were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction of medical service in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 4.00%,lower than 10.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of management problems,mistakes and improper operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fine management measures in hospital management has achieved remarkable results and can significantly improve the satisfaction of medical services.
