“互联网+”背景下基于“翻转课堂”的混合型药理学教学模式应用效果

目的在本科药理学课程教学中探索基于“翻转课堂”的线上线下混合型教学新模式,综合评价该教学模式在药理学教学中的应用价值,为今后进一步推广适合高校的药理学教学改革提供参考。方法选取2020年3月至7月广东医科大学2018级临床医学专业本科两个班级的130名学生作为研究对象,按照班级将其分为试验组(n=64)和对照组(n=66)。试验组采用基于“翻转课堂”的线上线下混合型教学新模式,对照组采用传统线下课堂教学模式,收集分析两组学生对教学效果的评价并比较两组线下和线上测试成绩。结果试验组对教学效果的评价高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组线下测试平均成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的线上测试平均成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新型教学模式可提升教学效果,对学习兴趣、知识掌握和能力培养等有帮助,值得在药理学教学中运用推广。

Objective To explore the new online and offline mixed teaching mode based on"flipped classroom",comprehensively evaluate the application value of this teaching mode in pharmacology teaching,and provide reference for further promoting the pharmacology teaching reform suitable for universities in the future.Methods A total of 130 students from two classes of clinical medicine major of grade 2018,Guangdong Medical University from March to July 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into experimental group(n=64)and control group(n=66)by class grouping.The experimental group was taught by the new mode of online and offline integrated flipped classroom,while the control group was taught by traditional teaching mode.The evaluation of teaching effect of two groups was collected and the test score of the two groups were compared.Results The students in the experimental group had higher evaluation of teaching effect than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average score of offline tests in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the average score of online tests between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The new teaching mode can improve the teaching effect,and is helpful to the cultivation of learning interest,knowledge mastery and ability.It is worthy of being widely applied and promoted in pharmacology teaching.
