基于血清lncRNA PTENP1、DR-70在早期胃癌诊断及胃癌进展中的效能评估研究

Based on the efficacy evaluation of serum lncRNA PTENP1,DR-70 in the diagnosis of early gastric cancer and the progression of gastric cancer

目的:探讨基于长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)PTENP1、血清纤维蛋白降解复合物(DR-70)在早期胃癌诊断及胃癌进展中的效能评估研究。方法:本研究选取了2020年4月至2021年2月佛山市第五人民医院收治的胃癌患者100例为观察组,并选择同期进行胃镜检查者50例为胃良性病变组和健康体检者50例为正常组,采用PCR检测血清lncRNA PTENP1的表达水平,采用肿瘤标记DR-70酶免疫分析早期胃癌的检测水平。结果:胃良性病变组与健康组的血清lncRNA PTENP1水平(54.67±3.81)-log、(58.03±3.69)-log高于胃癌组患者的水平(10.58±1.69)-log,差异具有统计学意义(F=13.132,P=0.001);胃癌组患者的DR-70水平(4.51±0.58)μg/mL高于胃良性病变组与健康组的DR-70水平(0.71±0.45)μg/mL、(0.43±0.36)μg/mL,差异具有统计学意义(F=7.621,P=0.003);患者的血清DR-70与患者的TNM分期/淋巴转移呈现相关性(r=-6.583,P=0.037;r=-6.146,P=0.005)。胃癌患者血清lncRNA PTENP1联合DR-70检测敏感性与特异性显著提高。结论:血清lncRNA PTENP1、DR-70联合检测在早期胃癌诊断中具有较好的应用价值。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of serum lncRNA PTENP1,DR-70 in the diagnosis of early gastric cancer and gastric cancer progression.Methods:This study selected 100 patients with gastric cancer treated from April 2020 to February 2021.At the same period,50 patients with gastroscopy in this hospital were patients with benign gastric lesions and 50 patients were normal groups.The expression level of serum lncRNA PTENP1 was measured by PCR,and the detection level of early tumor cancer was used.Results:Serum lncRNA PTENP1 levels in benign and healthy groups[(54.67±3.81)-log,(58.03±3.69)-log]higher than those in the gastric cancer group(10.58±1.69)-log,The differences are statistically significant(F=13.132,P=0.001);DR-70 levels in patients[(4.51±0.58)μg/mLin the gastric cancer group]were higher than in benign and healthy patients[(0.71±0.45)μg/mL,(0.43±0.36)μg/mL],Differences have statistical significance;Serum DR-70 was associated with TNM staging and lymphatic metastasis(r=-6.583,P=0.037;r=-6.146,P=0.005).Serum lncRNA PTENP1 and DR-70 detection sensitivity and specificity were significantly improved in patients with gastric cancer.Conclusion:Serum lncRNA PTENP1,DR-70 combination test is useful in early diagnosis of gastric cancer.
