摘要
动车运用所作为动车组日常整备检修作业的场所,其信息化管理水平与高速铁路高效、安全运行息息相关。为适应高速铁路数字化、网络化、智能化转型发展,基于BIM+GIS融合技术开展动车运用所数字孪生关键技术研究。提出动车运用所数字孪生总体技术架构,阐明动车运用所数字孪生模型、业务数据库及数据库关联驱动的构建方法、构建流程和涉及的关键技术,并给出了动车运用所数字孪生典型应用。研究成果实现了动车运用所物理世界的数字化映射与交互,体现了数字孪生技术的应用价值,为动车运用所智能运维研究与工程应用提供了一定技术支撑。
As a site for daily servicing and maintenance of EMUs,the information management level of the EMU depot is closely related to the efficient and safe operation of high-speed railway.In order to adapt to the digital,networked and intelligent transformation of high-speed railway,Digital Twin Key Technology of EMU depot based on BIM and GIS technology is studied.The overall technical framework of digital twin in EMU depot is proposed,the creation method,creation process and key technologies of the digital twin model,business database,and correlation and driving of the databases of EMU depot are expounded,and typical applications of digital twin model in EMU depot are provided.The research results realize the digital mapping and interaction of the physical world of the EMU depot,and reflect the application value of digital twin technology,while provide technical support for the intelligent operation and maintenance research and engineering application of EMU depot.
