老年听力障碍筛查表在健康体检老年人群中的应用

目的探讨不同年龄段老年人在健康体检中应用老年听力障碍筛查量表(hearing handicap inventory for the elderly-scrddning,HHIE-S)对听力下降筛查的实用性,为该量表在健康体检中的应用提供依据。方法150例老年人填写HHIE-S量表获得评分,并进行纯音听阈测试,比较不同年龄段老年人的HHIE-S评分以及纯音气导平均听阈(PTA)之间的关系。结果不同年龄段HHIE-S(F=13.534,P=0.000)与PTA(F=19.373,P=0.000)均有显著性差异;不同年龄段HHIE-S与PTA的Pearson相关系数r为0.399,0.674,P<0.001。结论HHIE-S量表可以满足健康体检老年人的听力筛查,值得临床上应用和推广。

Objective To explore the practicability of the screening scale for hearing impairment in different age groups in health examination,and to provide basis for the application of the scale in health examination.Methods A total of 150 aged people were assessed with HHIE-S scale and pure tone audiometry,and the relationship between HHIE-S score and pure tone-air conduction average audiometry(PTA)was compared.Results There were significant differences in HHIE-S(F=13.534,P=0.000)and PTA(F=19.373,P=0.000),the pearson correlation coefficients of HHIE-S and PTA in different age groups were 0.399,0.674,P<0.001.Conclusion HHIE-S is suitable for hearing screening in the elderly,and it is worthy of application and popularization in clinic.
