锚钉修补辅助切开复位内固定治疗三踝骨折合并内侧副韧带损伤

Anchor Repair Assisted by Open Reduction and Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Three Malleolus Fractures With Medial Collateral Ligament Injury

目的探讨锚钉修补辅助切开复位内固定方案在三踝骨折并内侧副韧带损伤中的应用价值。方法选取吉林省吉林中西医结合医院2019年6月—2020年6月期间收治的88例三踝骨折并内侧副韧带损伤患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为两组,对照组44例,采用切开复位内固定治疗,观察组44例,采用锚钉修补辅助切开复位内固定治疗,对两组的治疗效果进行对比。结果观察组患者术后踝关节功能恢复优良率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1、6、12个月,观察组患者踝-后足评分(American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society,AOFAS)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术当前,两组患者疼痛程度(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1个月两组VAS评分均明显下降,但观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后并发症情况比较,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锚钉修补辅助切开复位内固定在三踝骨折并内侧副韧带损伤患者中的应用效果理想,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the application of anchor repair assisted open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of three malleolus fractures with medial collateral ligament injury use value.Methods 88 patients with trimalleolar fracture and medial collateral ligament injury treated in Jilin Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups,44 cases in the control group,open reduction For fixation treatment,44 cases in the observation group were treated with anchor repair assisted by open reduction and internal fixation,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of ankle function recovery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);at 1,6 and 12 months after operation,the American orthopedic foot and ankle society(AOFAS)ankle hindfoot score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);at present,there was no significant difference in the visual analogue scale(VAS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).One month after operation,the VAS score of the two groups decreased significantly,but the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of anchor repair assisted open reduction and internal fixation in patients with triankle fracture and medial collateral ligament injury is ideal,and it is worthy of popularization.
