围手术期健康教育核查清单在腹腔镜肝切除患者中的应用

The Application Effect of Perioperative Health Education Checklists on the Patients With Laparoscopic Hepatectomy

目的探讨围手术期健康教育核查清单在腹腔镜肝切除患者中的应用效果。方法选取中国科学技术大学附属第一医院2018年11月—2020年4月行腹腔镜肝切除患者140例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各70例。对照组采用常规健康教育方法宣教,观察组采用围手术期健康教育核查清单方法宣教。比较两组患者健康教育知识掌握情况、护士健康教育时间、患者术后首次下床活动时间、术后首次肛门排气时间、术后并发症发生率、术后中度以上疼痛次数、术后自理能力、住院时间及满意度。结果两组对应的护士健康教育时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组中患者健康教育知识掌握情况、术后自理能力、满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,观察组中患者术后首次下床活动时间、术后首次肛门排气时间,术后并发症发生率、术后中度以上疼痛次数、住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围手术期健康教育核查清单较常规健康教育可以提高患者健康教育知识掌握情况及满意度;降低术后并发症发生率;缩短康复时间,改善生活质量。

Objective To discuss the effect of perioperative health education checklists on the patients received laparoscopic hepatectomy.Methods A total of 140 patients received laparoscopic hepatectomy from November 2018 to April 2020 in the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China were identified,and randomly divided into the control group(n=70)and the observation group(n=70).The control and the observation group used conventional health education methods and perioperative health education checklist methods for education,respectively.The health education knowledge mastery,nurse health education time,the time of the patient's first time out of bed,the first time of postoperative anal exhaustion,the incidence of postoperative complications,the number of more moderate postoperative pain,postoperative self-care ability,and the length of hospitalization and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results No significant difference in the nurse health education time between the two groups(P˃0.05).The observation group's health education knowledge mastery,postoperative self-care ability,and satisfaction were higher than that of control group(P˂0.05).In addition,the observation group's first time out of bed,the first time of postoperative anal exhaustion,the incidence of postoperative complications,the number of more moderate postoperative pain,and the length of hospitalization were lower than the control group,the difference was significant(P˂0.05).Conclusion The perioperative health education checklists can improve patients'health education knowledge mastery and satisfaction,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,shorten the recovery time,and improve patients'quality of life compared with conventional health education.
