摘要 目的探讨不同冲封管的方法对ICU泵入去甲肾上腺素患者血压波动的影响。方法采取方便抽样法,选取2019年1—7月需要经中心静脉导管(centralvenouscatheter,CVC)微量泵泵入去甲肾上腺素治疗的80例重症监护室的患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各40例。试验组采取冲封管前回抽见回血后,再进行冲管,对照组按照常规冲管,观察两组定时冲管前后患者的动脉血压的影响。结果研究观察两组患者冲管前动脉血压值,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但对冲管后3min内收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压的值进行分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CVC进行回抽见回血后进行冲封管可降低ICU患者泵入去甲肾上腺素对血压的波动,保证危重症患者的安全,提高护理质量。 Objective To explore the effects of different punching tube methods on blood pressure fluctuations in patients with norepinephrine pumped into the ICU.Methods Through the convenient sampling method,80 patients in the intensive care unit who need to be treated with norepinephrine through the central venous catheter(CVC)micropump from January to July 2019were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The test group was flushed after the blood was drawn back before flushing and sealing,and the control group was flushed according to the routine,and the influence of arterial blood pressure before and after regular flushing was observed in the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in arterial blood pressure between the two groups before flushing(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure within 3 minutes after flushing(P<0.05).Conclusion The blood pressure after the return of blood can reduce the fluctuation of blood pressure on the blood pressure of patients with norepinephrine pumping into the norepinephrine,ensure the safety of critically ill patients and improve the quality of care.
