胸痛中心与临床住院医师规范化培训的整合教学探索 被引量:2

摘要 住院医师规范化培训是提高住院医师临床实践综合能力的过程,它有效弥补了过于精细的科室划分造成的医学思维偏科。国家号召建立的胸痛中心是新时代背景下打破专科壁垒、协调医疗资源的重要举措,它要求医学人才具有大局观和整体思维的急诊处理能力,这与住培教育的目标不谋而合。从教育过程上看,胸痛中心的运行和住培教育可以进行有效衔接与整合。我院胸痛中心将基于问题学习与基于病例学习的教学模式相结合并应用于住培教育实践中,探索出了适合临床住培学员的整合医学课程,这种创新的住培教育改革未来值得进一步探究。 The standardized training of residents was performed to improve the comprehensive clinical competence of medical residents,which could effectively remedy the limitation of therapeutic approaches caused by over-refined division of departments.In the meanwhile,establishing chest pain center(CPC)called by the state is an important measure to break department barriers and coordinate clinical resources under the background of the new era.The CPC requires overall and holistic thinking of residents to deal with medical emergencies,which is consistent with the goal of standardized training of residents.From the perspective of clinical training,the work of CPC could effectively integrate with standardized training of residents.The CPC in our hospital combined the problembased learning mode with case-based learning mode into the practice of residential training education,and explored appropriate holistic integrative medical training approaches for residents.Further researches in the future are warranted to the innovative education reform.
