摘要 目的综合分析PBL(以问题为基础)教学法与PACS(图像存储与传输)系统用于医学影像学教学中的价值。方法文章研究的主要教学方法为:PBL教学法与PACS系统;影像学专业学生共36名,选取时间为2019年1月—2020年3月,按照教学方法的不同分为对照组(18名,应用传统教学方法)和试验组(18名,应用PBL教学法与PACS系统教学方法)。采用统计学分析两组影像学专业学生的考核成绩[(1)基础理论、(2)影像分析、(3)报告书写、(4)鉴别诊断],问卷调查结果[(1)提高学习兴趣、(2)提高语言表达能力、(3)对教学非常满意、(4)提高综合分析问题的能力、(5)提高沟通技巧、(6)提高团队协作意识]。结果两组影像学专业学生的考核成绩[(1)基础理论、(2)影像分析、(3)报告书写、(4)鉴别诊断],问卷调查结果[(1)提高学习兴趣、(2)提高语言表达能力、(3)对教学非常满意、(4)提高综合分析问题的能力、(5)提高沟通技巧、(6)提高团队协作意识]比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法与PACS系统用于医学影像学教学中的价值高。 Objective To comprehensively analyze the value of PBL(problem-based)teaching method and PACS(image storage and transmission)system in medical imaging teaching.Methods The main teaching methods of this study were:PBL teaching method and PACS system.A total of 36 imaging students were selected from January 2019 to March 2020 and divided into control group(18 cases,using traditional teaching methods)and experimental group(18 cases,using PBL teaching method and PACS system teaching method)according to different teaching methods.By statistical analysis of two groups for students majoring in imaging examination grades(1)the basic theory,(2)image analysis,(3)the report writing,(4)in differential diagnosis,the results of the questionnaire(1)improve the learning interest,(2)improve the ability of language expression,(3)very pleased with the teaching,(4)improve the ability of comprehensive analysis of the problem,(5)improve communication skills,(6)team collaboration awareness.Results Two groups of imaging examination for students majoring in grades(1)the basic theory,(2)image analysis,(3)the report writing,(4)in differential diagnosis.The results of the questionnaire(1)improve the learning interest,(2)improve the ability of language expression,(3)very pleased with the teaching,(4)improve the ability of comprehensive analysis of the problem,(5)improve communication skills,(6)team collaboration awareness)more significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method and PACS system have high value in medical imaging teaching.
