摘要
目的探讨CBL教学法在某三级甲等医院心血管内科轮转护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法研究选取2018年1月—2020年12月在我院心血管内科轮转的护士共60名,根据培训方式的不同,分为观察组和对照组,对照组30名护士采用授课为基础(LBL)的学习法进行培训,观察组30名护士采用案例为基础(CBL)的学习法培训,培训后对两组护士的专科知识水平、临床实境能力进行考核,并对独立上岗时间进行评价,比较两种不同的教学方法在心血管内科轮转护士中的培训效果。结果CBL培训组护士在专科知识考核、临床实境能力考核、独立上岗时间方面均优于LBL培训组的护士,两组护士的培训效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL教学法在我院心血管内科轮转护士的培训中效果较好,可提升轮转护士的学习主动性、专科知识水平,同时可缩短轮转护士独立上岗的时间。
Objective To explore the application effects of CBL teaching mode in standardized training of rotating nurses in the department of cardiology.Methods A total of 60 rotation nurses who studied in the cardiovascular department of our hospital were selected as study objects from January 2018 to December 2020.The nurses were divided into observation group and control group according to different training modes.The control group of 30 nurses used lecture based learning(LBL)training,while the observation group of 30 nurses used the case based learning(CBL)training.After the training,the specialized knowledge level and clinical reality ability of the two groups of nurses were assessed,and the independent working time was evaluated.Then the effects of the two teaching modes were compared and analyzed.Results Nurses in the CBL training group were better than those in the LBL training group in terms of specialized knowledge assessment,clinical reality ability assessment and independent working time.The difference in training effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL teaching mode had a better effect in the training of rotating nurses in the department of cardiology of our hospital.It can significantly improve the learning initiative and specialized knowledge level of the rotating nurses,as well as shorten the independent working time of rotating nurses.
