摘要
炎症性肠病(IBD)在中国发病率逐年增高,给临床医生带来了巨大挑战,但IBD专科医生明显不足,选择以IBD为专业的消化内科学研究生数量也十分有限。其原因可能在于传统教学方法教授的知识较片面,对学生的研究思维启迪不足。文章提出多学科讨论(MDT)联合翻转课堂教学法引入IBD专业研究生的教学过程,即学生自主提前预习和讨论IBD患者病史,提出诊治中的关键问题,并带着问题参与多学科讨论和学习,请专科教师从IBD消化内科学、大肠外科学、影像学、病理学、营养学等专业分主题介绍相关诊治要点及临床科研研究热点。文章旨在介绍一种新的教学方法,用于培养学生以疾病为中心患者为整体的临床思维能力,提高学生的临床实践能力、多学科合作能力和综合分析能力。
The incidence of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is increasing year by year in China,becoming a big challenge for clinical doctors.But there are not enough IBD specialists in China,and the number of graduate students majoring in IBD is also very limited.The reason may lie in that traditional teaching methods merely brought limited knowledge with insufficient enlightenment scientific thinking for undergraduate students.This article recommends a new teaching model that is multidisciplinary discussion(MDT)combined with flipped classroom teaching method for IBD graduate.In this model,students were asked to make the preparation and review the disease history in advance and discuss the diagnosis and related specialized contents about IBD in multidisciplinary learning.Teachers were invited to give the lecture from gastroenterology,intestinal surgery,imaging,pathology,nutrition and introduce related research hot point,respectively.The aim of this article mentioned a new teaching model that is to cultivate students’clinical thinking ability which takes the patient as a whole,and to improve clinical practice ability,multidisciplinary cooperation and comprehensive analysis ability.
