摘要 中医呼吸内科是中医临床的重要科室之一,近年来,随着国家对中医学的大力扶持,越来越多的学生选择学习这项凝聚先人智慧的学科。住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)是医学毕业生国际通行医学教育模式中起承上启下作用的教育阶段,也是提高其临床实践能力、职业胜任能力的关键环节。传统的教学模式已不能满足临床教学复杂化、多样化的需要。问题为中心教学模式(PBL)是一种以学生为主导、问题为导向的新型教育模式,Seminar教学法是一种以师生课堂互动讨论为主题的教学模式,两种教育模式均具有良好应用效果。笔者结合多年来带教经验,尝试探讨PBL联合Seminar教学法在中医呼吸内科参与住培住院医师中的情况及意义,旨在为以后中医呼吸内科专业住培教学的顺利开展提供参考。 Respiratory medicine of traditional chinese medicine(TCM)is one of the important clinical departments of TCM.In recent years,with the great support from the state to TCM,more and more students choose to study this discipline,which embodies the wisdom of ancestors.The standardized training for residents(referred to as"standardized training")is an educational stage that plays a connecting role in the international common medical education mode for medical graduates,and is also a key link to improve their clinical practice ability and professional competence.The traditional teaching mode can not satisfy the complicated and diversified needs of clinical teaching.Proble-centered teaching model(PBL)is a new education model that is student-led and problem-oriented,and Seminar teaching method is a teaching model that takes teacher-student interaction and discussion as the theme.Both of the two educational models have good application effects.Based on years of teaching experience,the author tries to discuss the situation and significance of PBL joint Seminar teaching method in the training of resident doctors in the department of respiratory medicine of Chinese Medicine,in order to provide reference for the smooth development of the training of the specialty of respiratory medicine of Chinese Medicine in the future.
