临床操作示范视频在妇产科实习中的作用

The Role of Clinical Operation Demonstration Video in Obstetrics and Gynecology Practice

目的文章通过对比临床操作示范视频对于妇产科实习出科临床操作技能考试成绩的影响,探讨临床操作示范视频在提高妇产科实习生临床操作水平的作用。方法共入组102名妇产科实习生,按1:1随机分成两组,试验组通过观看由中山大学临床技能中心录制的临床操作示范视频带教临床技能,对照组接受常规教师示范-学生观摩的模式带教。技能操作内容包括妇科检查和产科检查,对比两组出科考核时技能操作考核分数。结果试验组操作考核成绩在平均分、高分率(85.0分以上)方面均高于对照组(87.2±0.4)分vs.(82.2±0.5)分,78.4%vs.21.6%,两组差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论临床操作示范视频可提高妇产科实习生的临床操作考核成绩,对于提高妇产科实习生临床操作水平可能具有促进作用。

Objective To find out the effect of standard practical videos to the interns of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 102 interns were allocated into two groups by 1:1 ratio.Interns in the experimental group watched the videos of standard practice recorded by Clinical Skills Center of Sun Yat-sen University,which contained gynecologic examination and obstetric examination to grasp the practical skills,while those in the control group were guided by senior residents through the routine demonstrating and learning,then compared the score of test before they transferred to another department between these two groups.Results The mean score and the proportion of high score(higher than 85.0 points)in experimental group is significantly higher than that in control group(87.2±0.4)points vs.(82.2±0.5)points,78.4%vs.21.6%,with a P<0.05.Conclusion The standard practical videos make improvement during the test of obstetrics and gynecologic practice,which indicates they may promote the grasp of practical skills.
