多学科教学联合老年共病管理培训对住培医生的影响

摘要 目的探讨多学科教学联合老年共病管理理念培训模式对规培医生的影响。方法选取2019年10月—2020年10月在中国科学技术大学附属第一医院老年医学科54名住培医生为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将住培医生分为观察组及对照组,对照组27名住培医生行常规教学,观察组27名住培医生行多学科教学联合老年共病管理理念培训模式。比较两组住培医生出科考试成绩、问卷调查评分等。结果观察组病例分析、理论知识及问诊评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病例选择的合理性、诊疗过程讲解的全面性、病例讨论内容的全面性、培养整体性临床思维、医患沟通技巧、疾病进展的介绍、病例汇报及体格检查指导的全面性、知识拓展评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多学科教学联合老年共病管理理念培训模式有利于培养住培医生的整体临床思维,提高住培医生的综合分析问题能力,取得了规培医生的良好评价。 Objective To explore the influence of multidisciplinary teaching combined with geriatric comorbidities management concept training mode on the discipline training of doctors.Methods 54 resident doctors in the Department of geriatrics of the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of science and technology of China from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,resident doctors were divided into observation group and control group.27 resident doctors in the control group received routine teaching,and 27 resident doctors in the observation group received multidisciplinary teaching combined with geriatric comorbidity management concept training mode.The scores of graduation examination and questionnaire survey of the two groups were compared.Results The case analysis,theoretical knowledge and inquiry scores of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The rationality of case selection,comprehensiveness of explanation of diagnosis and treatment process,comprehensiveness of case discussion content,cultivation of holistic clinical thinking,doctor-patient communication skills,introduction of disease progress,comprehensiveness of case report and physical examination guidance and knowledge expansion score of observation group were all higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary teaching combined with geriatric comorbidity management concept training mode is conducive to cultivating the overall clinical thinking of resident doctors,improving the comprehensive problem analysis ability of resident doctors,and has achieved good evaluation from regular doctors.
