精诚至善模式在医学人文素质培养中的实践

Practice of the Model of Sincerity and Supreme Goodness in the Cultivation of Medical Humanistic Education

人文素质教育是一项塑造医学生内心精神品质的重要工程。医学生不仅要掌握最为先进的医学科学技术,还要具有较高的人文素养,才能更好的满足现代医学和社会的要求。引导医学生树立正确的医学人文核心价值观念,不仅可以还原医学人文关怀本来面目,还能让患者感受医学温暖。内蒙古医科大学凝练出“博学、尚行、精诚和至善”的精神,传承“和衷共济、艰苦创业、革故鼎新和洁己奉献”的学校精神,将医学生的人文素质教育教学作为医学人才培养的非常重要的组成部分贯穿于学校工作的诸多方面,重视医学与人文贯通、教学与科研并举。内蒙古医科大学在教育教学实际中,把“立德树人”与“以文化人”并重,把第一课堂与第二课堂紧密联系起来,把大学生思想品德、政治教育和人文素质教育联系起来,已经形成了育人合力,努力做到全程育人、全方位育人。文章总结了内蒙古医科大学医学生医学人文素质培育的路径和经验,分析其不足,为继续推进学校人文素质教育质量和水平,提供新的意见和建议。

Humanistic quality education is an important project to shape the inner spiritual quality of medical students.As practitioners,medical students not only need tomaster medical science and technology,but also should have high humanistic quality.Guiding medical students to establish correct medical humanistic core values can not only restore medical humanistic care,but also help patients to feel the warmth of medicine.Inner Mongolia Medical University regards medical humanistic quality education as an important part of medical personnel training,which runs through all aspects of school work,and attaches importance to the integration of medicine and humanities,teaching and scientific research.In the practice of education and teaching,Inner Mongolia Medical University combines moral education with cultural education,combines the first classroom with the second classroom,and combines the ideological and political education,humanistic quality education,medical humanistic education and traditional Chinese medicine cultural education of college students.It has formed a joint force in educating people,striving to educate people in the whole process and in all directions.This paper analyzes and sum up the cultivation path of medical students’humanistic qualities in Inner Mongolia Medical University.
