海外背景教师开展医学留学生教学的探索与思考 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,随着我国改革开放的深入发展,来华留学教育势头日渐蓬勃,留学生教学已成为高校教育的一大组成部分。医学院校的留学生日益增多,做好临床医学专业留学生教学工作的重要性日增。同时学校通过高层次人才引进项目引进海外背景教师,海外回国教师也逐年增加,并承担相应留学生教学工作。文章研究结合我校实际情况及海外背景青年教师的自身特点,针对留学生教学的特殊性,分析总结了海外背景青年教师在开展留学生基础医学全英教学过程中的现状、优势和劣势,以及留学生教学过程中存在的难点,并针对其提出提高海外背景青年教师全英教学的改进措施。本研究提出提高海外背景青年教师的留学生教学质量,应从多层面着手,“学校-学院-科室”多方位地对海外背景青年教师进行系统的教学培训,帮助其提高留学生教学质量的实践性措施;此外也提出青年教师应多实践,在实际教学中不断提升教学水平的措施,全方面提升其教学水平。 In recent years,with the in-depth development of China’s reform and opening up,the momentum of international education in China is booming,and the teaching of international students has become a major part of college education.With the increasing number of overseas students in medical colleges and universities,the importance of teaching overseas students in clinical medicine is increasing.Meanwhile,colleges and universities have recruited teachers with overseas background through the high-level talent recruit program,and the number of teachers returning from overseas is also increasing year by year.Based on the actual situation of our university and the characteristics of overseas returned young teachers,this study summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of overseas returned young teachers in teaching basic medicine for overseas students,as well as the difficulties in the process.This study suggests that to improve the teaching quality of young teachers with overseas background,systematic teaching training should be conducted for young teachers with overseas background from multiple aspects,including"schoolcollege-department",to help them improve the teaching quality of overseas students with practical measures.In addition,it also puts forward that young teachers should practice more and constantly improve their teaching level in practical teaching,and improve their teaching ability in all aspects.
