摘要
脑梗死是损害人类健康的主要疾病之一。目前急性脑梗死的主要治疗有静脉溶栓、血管内治疗、抗血小板、抗凝、降纤、扩容等。静脉溶栓和血管内治疗疗效较好,但具有很强的时间依赖性,能够进行这两种治疗方法的患者较少。丁苯酞是我国发明的一类新药,广泛用于脑梗死的治疗且疗效较好。同型半胱氨酸作为一种中间产物,广泛参与蛋白质在人体内转化、代谢;叶酸、B族维生素在其代谢中起着巨大的作用。高同型半胱氨酸与心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、慢性肾脏疾病、骨质疏松等多种疾病有关系。文章就丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死的作用机制、同型半光氨酸与脑梗死和动脉硬化以及丁苯酞与同型半胱氨酸关系的相关研究做一综述,为临床诊治研究提供更多的方向。
Cerebral infarction is one of the main diseases that damage human health.At present,the main treatments for acute cerebral infarction include intravenous thrombolysis,intravascular therapy,antiplatelet,anticoagulation,defibrillation,volume expansion and so on.Intravenous thrombolysis and endovascular therapy have good curative effects,but they are highly time-dependent.As a result,fewer patients are able to undergo both treatments.Butylphthalide is a kind of new drug invented in my country,which is widely used in the treatment of cerebral infarction and has good curative effect.Homocysteine,as an intermediate product,is widely involved in the transformation and metabolism of proteins in the human body.Folic acid and B vitamins play a huge role in its metabolism.High homocysteine is related to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,diabetes,chronic kidney disease,osteoporosis and other diseases.This article reviews the mechanism of action of butylphthalide in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,the relationship between homocysteine and cerebral infarction and arteriosclerosis,and the relationship between butylphthalide and homocysteine,and provides more information for clinical diagnosis and treatment research direction.
