多媒体联合PBL教学应用于中西医心血管内科实习教学中的效果

The Application Effect of Multimedia Combined with PBL Teaching in the Teaching ofCardiology of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的研究多媒体联合PBL教学应用于中西医心血管内科实习教学中的效果。方法选取中国医科大学附属第一医院2019年3月—2020年3月在中西医心血管内科实习的90名学生,将其依照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,各45名。对照组采用以授课为基础的传统教学模式,实验组采用多媒体联合以问题为导向的教学方法(Problem-based learning,PBL)教学模式,比较2组实习生理论考核成绩、临床技能考核成绩以及教学效果。结果实验组理论成绩以及临床技能考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的教学效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多媒体联合PBL教学应用于中西医心血管内科实习教学中可以提高学生的理论考核成绩、技能考核成绩,增强教学效果。

Objective To study the effect of multimedia combined with problem-based learning(PBL)teaching in the practice teaching of cardiology of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods 90 students of cardiology of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from March 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 45 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode based on teaching,and the experimental group adopted the multimedia combined PBL teaching mode.The theoretical examination results,clinical skill examination results and teaching effect of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and clinical skills of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The teaching effect of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multimedia combined with PBL teaching in the practice teaching of cardiology of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the students’theoretical examination results and skill examination results,and enhance the teaching effect.
