摘要
《脾胃论》是金元时代医家李东垣的代表著作。李东垣提出内伤脾胃,百病由生的观点,独具见地,成为中医脾胃学说的创始人。作者在临床教学时,以《脾胃论》为蓝本,分别从李东垣“阴火”论(包括肝火、心火、肾火)、李东垣禁忌论(包括时禁、经禁、病禁、药禁)、脾胃为元气之本、脾胃为升降之枢等得到相应的临床教学启示,对临床教学大有裨益。
The Theory of Spleen and Stomach is representative works of Li Dongyuan,a physician in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties.Li Dongyuan put forward the view that internal injury of spleen and stomach caused all diseases,has unique insights,and he become the founder of the theory of spleen and stomach of traditional Chinese medicine.When clinical teaching,the author draw inspiration from the Theory of Spleen and Stomach,respectively from Li Dongyuan“yin fire”theory(including liver fire,heart fire,kidney fire),theory of taboos of Li Dongyuan(including time,meridian,disease and medicine),the spleen and stomach being the foundation of the vigour,spleen and stomach being pivot of ascending and descending.It is of great benefit to clinical teaching.
