舒肝宁注射液辅助治疗黄疸型肝炎临床研究

Clinical Study of Shuganning Injection in the Adjuvant Treatment of Jaundice Hepatitis

目的探究对黄疸型肝炎患者采用舒肝宁注射液辅助治疗的临床效果,对患者肝功能、血清炎症因子表达的影响。方法选取江西省遂川县人民医院76例黄疸型肝炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组常规治疗,观察组联合舒肝宁注射液治疗,对比2组疗效、肝功能以及血清炎症因子的含量。结果观察组治疗总有效率89.47%(34/38)显著高于对照组71.05%(27/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前2组的TBil、ALT、AST浓度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组TBil、ALT、AST浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组血清IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α含量比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组血清IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α含量均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒肝宁注射液能有效改善黄疸型肝炎患者的临床症状、恢复患者的肝功能并且可以降低血清炎症因子的表达。

Objective To explore the influence of Shuganning injection on the clinical effect,liver function and expression of serum inflammatory factors in patients with jaundice hepatitis.Methods 76 patients with jaundice hepatitis in People’s Hospital of Suichuan County were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was combined with Shuganning injection.The therapeutic effect,liver function and serum inflammatory factor expression between the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group 89.47%(34/38)was significantly higher than that of control group 71.05%(27/38),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the concentrations of TBil,ALT and AST in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the contents of IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-αin serum of the 2 groups(P>0.05),but after treatment,the contents of IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-αin serum of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuganning injection can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with jaundice hepatitis,restore the liver function of patients,and reduce the expression of serum inflammatory factors.
