中药涂擦预防静脉炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chinese Medicine Rubbing in the Prevention of Phlebitis

目的观察中药涂擦预防静脉炎发生的临床效果。方法选择2018年6月—2020年6月江西省中西医结合医院肿瘤科静脉输液治疗的80例患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各40例,从输液第1天开始,治疗组使用中药涂擦,对照组用常规静脉留置针穿刺,对比2组治疗静脉炎的总有效率。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为92.5%(37/40),高于对照组72.5%(29/40),数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在静脉炎预防性操作中,中药涂擦对发生静脉炎率的下降有很大的意义,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine rubbing in the prevention of phlebitis.Methods Eighty patients treated with intravenous infusion in department of oncology of Jiangxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2018 to June 2020 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.From the first day of infusion,the treatment group was Chinese medicine rubbing,and the control group was punctured with conventional venous indwelling needle.The total incidence of phlebitis in the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5%(37/40),which was higher than that of the control group(72.5%,29/40),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the preventive operation of phlebitis,Chinese medicine rubbing is of great significance to reduce the incidence,which is worthy of clinical application.
