旴江谢氏刺营法治疗复发性口腔溃疡临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xujiang Xie’s Acupuncture Method in the Treatment of Recurrent Oral Ulcer

目的观察旴江谢氏刺营法治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法选取2020年9月1日—2020年12月30日新余市中医院收治的60例复发性口腔溃疡患者为研究对象,随机分组,对照组采取康复新液治疗措施,观察组采取旴江谢氏刺营法治疗法,对比2组患者治疗效果。结果观察组局部疗效和总体疗效有效率分别为93.3%(28/30)、90.0%(27/30);观察组体征指标(无病损、正常黏膜,口腔轻微充血、糜烂面,口腔明显充血或糜烂面小于1 cm^(2)、口腔明显充血或糜烂面大于1 cm^(2)),分别为40.0%(12/30)、20.0%(6/30)、23.3%(7/30)、16.7%(5/30)。对照组局部疗效和总体疗效有效率均为73.3%(22/30);对照组体征指标(无病损、正常黏膜,口腔轻微充血、糜烂面,口腔明显充血或糜烂面小于1 cm^(2),口腔明显充血或糜烂面大于1 cm^(2)),分别为26.7%(8/30)、23.3%(7/30)、30.0%(9/30)、20.0%(6/30)。2组患者数据资料相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取旴江谢氏刺营法治疗复发性口腔溃疡,短期、远期效果确切;减少了患处糜烂面积,减轻患者疼痛感,治疗效果显著,无毒副作用,操作简便,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xujiang Xie’s acupuncture method in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers.Methods A total of 60 patients with recurrent oral ulcer treated in Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 1,2020 to December 30,2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Kangfuxin solution,and the observation group was treated with Xujiang Xie’s acupuncture.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The local curative effect and overall effective rate of observation group were 93.3%(28/30)and 90.0%(27/30),respectively.The signs of the observation group(no lesion,normal mucosa and slight oral hyperemia,erosion surface,obvious oral hyperemia or erosion surface less than 1 cm^(2),obvious oral hyperemia or erosion surface more than 1 cm^(2))were 40.0%(12/30),20.0%(6/30),23.3%(7/30),16.7%(5/30),respectively.In the control group,the local efficacy and overall efficacy were 73.3%(22/30).The signs of the control group(no lesions,normal mucosa,slight oral congestion,erosion surface,obvious oral congestion or erosion surface less than 1 cm^(2),obvious oral congestion or erosion surface more than 1 cm^(2))were 26.7%(8/30),23.3%(7/30),30.0%(9/30),20.0%(6/30),respectively.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Xujiang Xie’s acupuncture method in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers has a definite short-term and long-term effect.It can reduce the erosive area of the affected area,relieve the pain of patients,and has remarkable therapeutic effect,no toxic side effects and simple operation,which is worthy of popularization and application.
