艾灸与中药熏蒸对气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者护理干预效果分析

Analysis on the Nursing Intervention Effect of Moxibustion and Chinese Medicine Fumigation on Patients with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨艾灸与中药熏蒸对气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者的护理干预效果。方法选取2018年2月—2021年4月江西省兴国县人民医院收治的78例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(39例)和观察组(39例)。对照组予以常规康复疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上采用艾灸与中药熏蒸护理干预模式,比较2组患者护理前后的FMA、MBI、2组患者护理前后JOA评分情况以及2组患者护理满意度。结果观察组患者护理后的FMA、MBI的指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理前后出现不良病症指数均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后的各项服务指标的总满意度87.18%(34/39)均高于对照组33.33%(13/39)(P<0.05)。结论针对气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症康复护理过程中,予以有效的治疗干预,可全面提升患者腰椎评分以及护理满意度,值得推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of moxibustion and Chinese medicine fumigation on nursing intervention of patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 78 patients admitted to Xingguo County People’s Hospital from February 2018 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group(n=39 cases)and an observation group(n=39 cases).The control group received conventional rehabilitation therapy,and the observation group received moxibustion and Chinese medicine nursing intervention mode.The FMA and MBI of the two groups before and after care,the JOA scores of the two groups before and after care,and the satisfaction of the two groups of patients was compared.Results The indexes of FMA and MBI in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse disease index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group before and after nursing(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of various service indexes in the observation group after nursing was 87.18%(34/39),which was higher than 33.33%(13/39)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of rehabilitation and nursing of lumbar disc herniation with stagnation of qi and blood stasis,effective treatment intervention can be given to comprehensively improve the patients’lumbar spine score and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and application.
