中医康复保健养老人才培养模式探讨

Discussion on the Talent Training Model of Rehabilitation and Health Care of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the Elderly

目前,我国人口老龄化问题日趋严重,人口老龄化带来的矛盾日益严重,养老人才短缺一直制约着老年服务业的发展,探索一种新型的养老专业人才培养模式已迫在眉睫。中医药在医养结合养老服务领域有着独特的优势,医养结合养老新模式的发展,给中医药学生就业带来了前所未有的机遇,因此培养符合医养结合型的中医药复合型养老人才具有非常重要的意义。文章从“双元共育、三教紧扣、四层递进”培养模式着手,结合我国国情,通过深入的分析研究,提出新理念,为中医康复保健养老人才培养“新”模式提供借鉴。

At present,the aging of population in China is becoming more and more serious,the aging of population brings more and more serious contradictions,the shortage of elderly care personnel has been restricting the development of the elderly service industry,to explore a new training mode of elderly care professionals is imminent.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the field of the combination of medical care and nursing,and the development of the combination of medical care and nursing has brought unprecedented new opportunities to traditional Chinese medicine students,so it is of great significance to train Chinese medicine compound talents who serve the combination of medical care and nursing combined with medical model.Based on the actual situation of our country,this paper puts forward a new idea,which can be used as reference for the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine for the elderly professionals.
