心力衰竭合并利尿剂抵抗现象的中西医研究概况

Research Situation of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on Heart Failure Complicated with Diuretic Resistance

利尿剂是急慢性心力衰竭液体超负荷管理的核心。但部分心力衰竭患者不可避免出现利尿剂抵抗现象,使临床治疗处于困境,预后较差。有关利尿剂抵抗的概念、诊断标准、发病机制(病因病机)、治疗方法是当前中西医研究的热点、难点。国内外均有较多的相关文献进行报道,此文立足于最新的研究报道,对心力衰竭患者合并利尿及抵抗现象的中西医相关内容进行简述。

Diuretics are the core of fluid overload management in patients with acute and chronic heart failure.However,some patients with heart failure will inevitably appear diuretic resistance phenomenon,which makes the clinical treatment in a dilemma and poor prognosis.The concept,diagnostic criteria,mechanism(etiology and pathogenesis)and treatment of diuretic resistance are the hot spots and difficulties in the research of traditional Chinese and western medicine.There are many related literature reports at home and abroad.Based on the latest research reports,this paper briefly describes the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine related content of heart failure patients with diuretic resistance phenomenon.
