阿达帕林凝胶联合盐酸多西环素胶囊治疗寻常性痤疮的临床研究

Efficacy of doxycycline hyclate capsules combined with adapalene gel in the treatment of acne vulgaris

目的探究阿达帕林凝胶联合盐酸多西环素胶囊治疗寻常性痤疮的临床研究。方法回顾性分析2020年5月至2021年12月在林州市人民医院接受治疗的痤疮患者116例,随机分为两组:对照组(58例)和观察组(58例)。对照组的痤疮患者采取0.1%阿达帕林凝胶治疗,而观察组患者在0.1%阿达帕林凝胶的基础上接受盐酸多西环素胶囊治疗。分析两组患者的临床治疗效果、皮损数量和不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组的治疗有效率(98.28%)显著高于对照组的治疗有效率(87.93%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的炎性皮损个数和非炎性皮损个数降低,其中观察组的皮损改善情况优于对照组。此外,观察组的不良反应发生率(6.90%)和复发率(8.62%)低于对照组的不良反应发生率(20.69%)和复发率(24.14%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论0.1%阿达帕林凝胶和盐酸多西环素胶囊的联合用药治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效显著,不良反应发生率和复发率低,适合临床使用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of doxycycline hyclate capsules combined with adapalene gel in the treatment of acne vulgari.Methods This study was based on the samples of 116 patients with acne vulgari admitted to Linzhou people’s Hospital from May 2020 to December 2021.All of the patients were randomized into the control group(58 cases)and the observation group(58 cases).Acne vulgari patients in the control group only received 0.1%adapalene gel,while the patients in the observation group received 0.1%adapalene gel combined with doxycycline hydrochloride capsule.The clinical treatment effect,the number of skin lesions and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed.Results With medication,the number of inflammatory skin lesions and non-inflammatory skin lesions in the control and observation groups decreased markedly,and the observation group improved more significantly than the control group.The total effective rate in the observation group(98.28%)was strikingly better than that in the control group(87.93%)(P<0.05).In addition,after treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions(6.90%)and recurrence rate(8.62%)in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group(20.69%)and recurrence rate(24.14%)(P<0.05).Conclusion 0.1%adapalene gel combined with doxycycline hydrochloride capsule has a significant clinical effect,low incidence of adverse reactions and low recurrence rate in the treatment of acne vulgaris.This study has high clinical value and good promotion prospects.
