摘要
目的探讨全程动态疾病管理在改善心内科门诊患者躯体症状、负性情绪中的应用效果。方法选取郑州市第七人民医院自2018年1月至2019年12月接收的90例患者,按照随机数表法将其分为研究组(45例)与对照组(45例),研究组接受全程动态疾病管理,对照组仅在门诊的时候接受优质护理,比较两组患者躯体症状、负性情绪、护理满意度及生活质量。结果干预前,研究组、对照组躯体化症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组SCL-90评分、SAS评分均显著下降,研究组各项评分下降幅度明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组生活质量提升情况高于对照组,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心内科门诊采用全程动态疾病管理有助于改善患者躯体症状、负性情绪,且患者对护理工作满意度较高,值得应用。
Objective To explore the effect of whole course dynamic disease management in improving physical symptoms and negative emotions of outpatients in the department of cardiology.Methods A total of 90 patients received by the Seventh People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the study group(45 cases)and the control group(45 cases)according to the random number table method.The study group received the whole process dynamic disease management,and the control group only received quality care in the outpatient department.The physical symptoms,negative emotions,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of SCL-90 and SAS between the study group and the control group(P>0.05);After the intervention,the scores of SCL-90 and SAS in the two groups decreased significantly,the decrease of scores in the study group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The improvement of quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole course dynamic disease management in the outpatient department of cardiology is helpful to improve the patients’physical symptoms and negative emotions,and the patients have high satisfaction with nursing work,which is worthy of application.
