青海省天然草地害草铁棒锤的开发前景

The Development Prospects of The Natural and Harmful Rangeland Plant Aconitum Pendulum From Qinghai Province

目的:探讨青海省天然草地害草铁棒锤的有效开发途径,为解决青海省铁棒锤(Aconitum pendulum Busch)在当地引起的经济效益和生态效益之间的矛盾提供科学依据。方法:在文献调研的基础上,从铁棒锤的基源鉴定、化学成分研究、药理活性、杀虫活性以及存在问题方面,挖掘青海省铁棒锤资源潜在的药用价值和农药价值。结果:青海省害草铁棒锤中以二萜生物碱类成分为主,其在镇痛活性、抗痛风活性、拒食活性和抑制生长发育等方面具有开发潜力。结论:青海省天然害草铁棒锤资源将为寻找新型镇痛活性成分或者研发高效、低毒和安全的植物源杀虫剂提供资源和开发途径。

Objective To discuss an effective approach to developing a harmful plant of natural grassland,which will supply scientific foundations to solve contradiction between economic benefit and ecological benefit.Methods According to the literature survey on the identification of origin,chemical component,pharmacological activity and insecticidal activity as well as current problems of Aconitum pendulum,the results would be applied to exploiting its the medicinal value and pesticide value.Results The main chemical composition of Aconitum pendulum belongs to diterpenoid alkaloids,it indicated the plant has exploration potentiality on analgesic activity,anti-gout,antifeedant activity,inhibiting growth and development.Conclusion As a resource provider of novel analgesic active constituent or highly effective,low-toxic and safe plant pesticide,Aconitum pendulum supply effective utilization approaches.
