Professor Gan Jiarong's Clinical Experience in the Treatment of Thyroid Nodules

文章总结淦家荣教授对甲状腺结节病机理论认识及临证经验。甲状腺结节因情志内伤、饮食失宜以及体质因素,致气滞、痰凝、血瘀结于前颈而发病。据此,淦家荣教授以分虚实为辨证重点,分初期、中期、后期三期论治,将“从肝论治、脾肾为本”贯彻治疗始终,治以调整脾肾功能、调和阴阳气血为本,兼顾疏肝、行气、软坚、化痰、活血化瘀等,同时结合B超影像学结果,根据不同结节的特点,加减使用不同的经验药物,疗效满意。

The theoretical understanding and clinical experience of thyroid nodules by Professor GAN Jiarong were summarized.Thyroid nodule due to emotional internal injury,diet disorders and physical factors,resulting in stagnation of qi,phlegm,blood stasis in the neck and disease.Therefore,the emphasis of syndrome differentiation should be divided into three stages based on course of disease:the early stage,the middle stage and the late stage.She insists the treatment based on“raise methods of liver to treat thyroid nodules,and keep spleen and kidney-rooted”from beginning to end.The treatment was based on regulating the function of the spleen and kidney,regulating yin and yang,qi and blood,and taking into account soothing liver,moving qi,softening,resolving phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,etc.At the same time,she uses various traditional Chinese medicines to have satisfactory effect according to the ultrasound results and characteristics of different nodules.
