从“虚瘀毒”论治周围神经卡压综合征

Treating peripheral nerve entrapment syndrome from“Xu Yu Du”

周围神经卡压综合征内在发病因素是气虚血瘀或慢性劳损,外在发病因素是外感风、寒、湿或外伤等。本研究通过对周围神经卡压综合征病因病机、临床发病特点的相关性研究,探索“虚瘀毒”与周围神经卡压综合征的联系。从“虚瘀毒”三方面分析周围神经卡压综合征病因病机,并说明以“补虚、化瘀、解毒、内外合治”为主的治疗方法,为中医药防治周围神经卡压综合征提供理论支持,并为后续研究提供参考。

The intrinsic pathogenic factors of peripheral nerve compression syndrome are Qixu Xueyu or chronic strain injury,and the external pathogenic factors are Feng,Han,Shi,trauma.Explores the relationship between“Xu Yu Du”and peripheral nerve compression syndrome by studying the etiology,pathogenesis and clinical characteristics of peripheral nerve compression syndrome.The etiology and pathogenesis of peripheral nerve entrapment syndrome were analyzed from three aspects of“Xu Yu Du”.The main treatment methods of“Buxu,Huayu,Jiedu,Neiwai Hezhi”were explained,to provide theoretical support for the prevention and treatment of peripheral nerve entrapment syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine,and provide reference for the follow-up research.
