摘要
使用水热法制备还原氧化石墨烯吸波剂,利用乙二胺作为氧化石墨烯的交联剂与还原剂,探索乙二胺添加量及热处理对吸波剂性能的影响。结果表明,乙二胺具有一定的还原能力,能够将氧化石墨烯部分还原并实现交联,提高了吸波剂的介电常数。由于氮原子的掺杂会引入杂原子与缺陷,吸波剂的导电性和介电常数会随乙二胺添加量的增加而降低。当乙二胺添加量为0.5 mL时,吸波剂具有较高的电磁参数。此外,热处理能够进一步提高还原氧化石墨烯吸波剂的还原程度,从而优化吸波性能。经250℃热处理的吸波剂在10 mm厚度下可实现-42.73 dB的吸收峰值。
The electromagnetic-wave absorbing agent of reduced graphene oxide was prepared by hydrothermal method,during which ethylenediamine(EDA)was used as the crosslinking and reducing agent.The effects on the properties of the absorbing agent were explored with varying amount of EDA.The results show that EDA can partially reduce graphene oxide and act as crosslink agent,which improve the dielectric constant of the product,however due to the doping of nitrogen atoms introducing hetero-atoms and defects,the conductivity of the product will decrease with excess amount of EDA,causing lower dielectric constant.The electromagnetic parameters of the absorbing agent reached maximum when the addition amount of EDA is 0.5 mL.Moreover,heat treatment can further improve the reduction progress of reduced graphene oxide absorbing agent,so as to optimize the absorption performance.After heat treated at 250℃,the absorbing agent at a thickness of 10 mm can achieve an absorption value of-42.73 dB.
