摘要
半花菁染料因具有较好的生物相溶性和水溶性、相对较长的吸收和发射波长、大的斯托克斯位移、较高的量子产率、较大的摩尔消光系数等优点,正日益引起广大科研工作者的广泛关注。本文主要综述了近几年来基于半花菁素的近红外荧光探针对一些阳离子、阴离子和小分子检测中的应用研究进展。
Hemicyanine dye has attracted more and more attention of scientific researchers because of its outstanding features,such as good biocompatibility and water solubility,relatively long absorption and emission wavelength,large Stokes shift,high quantum yield and large molar extinction coefficient.In this progress,the application of fluorescent probes based on hemicyanine in the detection of cations,anions and small organic molecules in recent years were analyzed and summarized.
