职业教育技术赋能乡村振兴实践逻辑与行动策略——基于技能型社会视域

Practice Logic and Action Strategies of Vocational Education Technology Empowering Rural Revitalization——Based on the Perspective of Skilled Society

技能型社会视域下乡村振兴战略的全面推进需要职业教育技术赋能,职业教育是实现技术赋能乡村振兴的重要内生动力。职业教育自身所具有的技术合理性与乡村振兴技术多维需求之间存在衔接性。乡村振兴要实现技术赋能,需要从生态、产业、文化、组织、人才五个方面进行路径整合。生态赋能:打造绿色农业技术综合发展平台,提升生态效益;产业赋能:“互联网+农业”,推进农业生产合作模式的优化;文化赋能:提升技术文化的发展向度,满足农民的精神文化需求;组织赋能:建立与基层自治组织的合作机制,提升技术传递的广度和深度;人才赋能:调动农民主体意识,培养新型职业农民。

The comprehensive promotion of the rural revitalization strategy from the perspective of a skilled society requires the technical empowerment of vocational education which is an important endogenous driving force for the realization of technologically empowered rural revitalization.There is a connection between the technical rationality of vocational education itself and the multi-dimensional needs of rural revitalization technology.Therefore,five aspects covering ecology,industry,culture,organization and talents should be comprehensively considered to realize technological empowerment in rural revitalization:(1)Ecological empowerment is to create a comprehensive development platform for green agricultural technology to improve ecological benefits,(2)industrial empowerment refers to"Internet+agriculture"which is to promote the optimization of agricultural production cooperation mode,(3)cultural empowerment is to enhance the development of technology and culture to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of farmers,(4)organizational empowerment is to establish a cooperation mechanism with grassroots autonomous organizations to enhance the breadth and depth of technology transfer,and(5)talent empowerment is to mobilize farmers'subject consciousness,cultivate new professional farmers and other action strategies.
