摘要 基层党校是基层干部理论提升、党性锤炼的大熔炉,而基层党校教师的授课水平很大程度影响学员的接受广度与深度,进而影响党培训干部事业的质量。探索基层党校青年教师专业发展的有效路径,是实现青年教师继续教育的需要,旨在为基层党校青年教师提供可参考、可推广的经验指导,帮助基层党校青年教师在实践中快速成长。以三阶段为主的“以读促教”路径正是基层党校青年教师探索专业发展的成功实践。 Grass-roots party schools serves as the melting pot of theoretical promotion and party spirit for grass-roots cadres.While the teaching level of teachers in grass-roots party schools greatly affects the breadth and depth of learners'acceptance,and then affects the quality of cadre training of the Communist Party of China.Exploring the effective path of young teachers'professional development in grass-roots party schools meets the needs of realizing their continuing education,aiming to provide reference and promotion experience guidance for them and help them grow rapidly in practice.The three-stage method of"promoting teaching by reading"is the successful practice of young teachers in grass-roots party schools in exploring professional development.
