摘要
以海藻纤维和黏胶纤维为原料,采用喷气涡流纺技术进行混纺,得到具有抗菌功能的海藻/黏胶20/80喷气涡流混纺纱,并对其结构、性能和应用进行分析。测试结果表明,该喷气涡流混纺纱强度稍差,但可纺性增强,条干均匀,毛羽少,并具有良好的抗菌性能。认为:基于海藻纤维开发出具有抗菌性能的喷气涡流混纺纱具有一定的可行性。
Using seaweed fiber and viscose fiber as raw materials,the seaweed/viscose 20/80 air-jet vortex blended yarn with antibacterial function is obtained by air-jet vortex spinning technology,and its structure,properties and application are analyzed.The test and analysis results show that the strength of the air-jet vortex blended yarn is slightly poor,but the spinnability is enhanced,the evenness is uniform,the hairiness is less,and it has good antibacterial properties.It is considered that it is feasible to develop air jet vortex blended yarn with antibacterial properties based on seaweed fiber.
