摘要 目前跨境电商实用型人才培养存在的供需矛盾凸显、职业教育主体作用未充分发挥、生态圈未形成等问题。对此,可通过调整跨境电商人才培养目标定位,优选人才培养模式,重构课程体系,加强教师队伍体系、实践能力体系和教学评价体系建设等措施,强化跨境电商人才供给。 At present,the contradiction between supply and demand in the cultivation of practical talents of cross-border e-commerce is prominent.Vocational education fails to play its principal role,and the ecological circle is not formed.In this regard,we can strengthen the supply of cross-border e-commerce talents by adjusting the orientation of talent training objectives,optimizing talent training mode,reconstructing curriculum system,and strengthening the construction of teacher team system,practical ability system and teaching evaluation system.
