摘要
高职院校跨境电商客服课程内容设计对于培养更多服务于跨境电商行业发展的高素质应用技能型人才发挥着至关重要的作用。合理的跨境电商客户服务课程内容设计,能帮助学生全面掌握跨境电商客服所需岗位知识与技能,既能更好满足跨境电商行业用人需求,又能为学生未来多元化就业奠定坚实基础。
The course content design of cross-border e-commerce customer service in higher vocational colleges plays a crucial role in cultivating more high-quality talents with application skills to serve the development of cross-border e-commerce industry.Reasonable content design of the course can help students fully master the knowledge and skills required by cross-border e-commerce customer service,which not only better meets the employment needs of cross-border e-commerce industry,but also lays a solid foundation for students'diversified employment in the future.
